The RFNBF collects and maintains personal information that you provide to us when you:
A. Contact us by phone, mail, or email, in person, or via our Website. To receive certain communications from us, including, but not limited to, our Newsletter, you may be required to submit your name and email address to us. Any email you receive from us will include an unsubscribe link that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future emails.
B. Register for an event. We will collect personally identifiable information from you when you register for an event. If you register for an event, you will be asked to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and telephone number. If you register using Social Networking Service credentials, we will collect your credentials in order to identify and log into the third-party application or website and will retain your credentials to collect information from the Social Networking Service. For example, if you sign in with your Facebook or Twitter account, we may collect information from your public profile.
C. Make a contribution. When you will make a contribution, either on our Website, at a special event, over the phone, or by mailing in a check.
D. Submitted a requests or communications. The Website provides users the option to submit questions, feedback, or comments by filling out a form available under the “Contact” link at the bottom of the page. This form asks for your name and email address, and we will use this information to respond to your inquiries. Any communications and contact information that you voluntarily submit to us may be saved indefinitely and in a profile specific to you.
E. Navigate through our Website. When you visit the Website, you can browse without submitting any personal information about yourself. We may use non-personally identifiable information for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to analyzing trends, administering the Website, tracking users’ movements on the Website, and for management and improvement of the Website. We may also use this information to monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors or pages viewed; or to track submissions in any interactive portion of the Website. We may also combine non-personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected from other sources.

A. This Website is not for or directed towards children.
The RFNBF Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. Our primary audience is adults and young adults. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any information about yourself to the RFNBF, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use.
